Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Halal Souq Kenya website, product orders and vehicle-listing enquiries.

Using the site
You must provide accurate information, use the site lawfully and avoid interfering with its security or operation. You may browse without an account. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Products, prices and availability
We aim to keep descriptions, images, prices and stock information accurate. Minor display differences may occur. An obvious error may be corrected before acceptance, and we will explain any material change. Prices are in Kenya shillings unless stated otherwise.
Orders and internet agreements
Checkout gives you an opportunity to review items, delivery, price and contact details before submission. Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The on-screen acknowledgement records receipt; acceptance occurs when Halal Souq confirms the order or begins fulfilment. We may decline an order for unavailable stock, suspected fraud, delivery limitations or an obvious pricing error and will communicate the outcome.
WhatsApp checkout
Checkout on WhatsApp prepares an order request to +254 716 327 767. The WhatsApp message is not proof of payment or final acceptance. Confirm the recipient and order reference before paying. Halal Souq will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN, card PIN or password.
Vehicle listings
Vehicle pages invite enquiries and do not create a vehicle sale through the online product checkout. Availability, ownership, condition, mileage, inspection, transfer, taxes and final terms must be independently confirmed. Do not pay a deposit until the recipient and transaction documents are verified.
Payment, delivery and returns
Only methods shown or expressly confirmed by Halal Souq are accepted. Delivery and return handling are governed by the Delivery Policy and Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy, together with applicable Kenyan law.
Content and acceptable use
The site design, copy and branding may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, excluding rights you already hold. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing or malicious material.
Liability and governing law
We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, Halal Souq is not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from a breach. These terms are governed by Kenyan law, and parties should first try to resolve disputes through direct written communication before using available courts or lawful dispute-resolution channels.
